So you must have heard of that infamous health kick drink – cayenne pepper, lemon and water? Perhaps you just thought that it was another of those fad superfood trends that would die out soon enough? 1tsp agave nectar
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1 cup warm water.
Combine all of the ingredients in your cup of warm water and stir until the agave has dissolved and the cayenne mixed through. Drink every morning on rising to warm the system.
