Green smoothies should be a central part to any healthy alkaline lifestyle. They are packed with vital nutrition and this one is too good to miss for a breakfast or even an afternoon snack.


1 handful of spinach
1/4 cucumber
1 banana
2 stalks of celery
1/2 tsp spirulina
2 cups of water or coconut water


    1. Put all ingredients in to a blender - if a bit too thick for your taste add some more water or coconut water
