Cranberry Sauce

This is not just a sauce for Christmas time – we use it in lots of our recipes and if you freeze them you can use them all throughout the year. I love them through quinoa with lots of herbs or in delicious gluten free tarts and galettes.


100g fresh cranberries
½ cup water
4 tbsp agave


    1. Put the cranberries, water and agave into a pan and leave to simmer on a medium heat for 15 minutes. The water will start to reduce and the cranberries will soften.
    2. When the mixture reaches a thick consistency, take off the heat & leave to cool.
    3. Next, ladel the mixture into your jars & hey presto – the perfect healthy cranberry sauce.
