Valentines Raw Chocolate
- 12 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 130g agave
- 220g cacao butter
- ½ tsp vanilla
- Melt the raw cacao butter in a bain marie and leave to cool for about 10 minutes.
- Next, add the cacao powder and combine. Once incorporated, add the agave and vanilla.
- To make your hearts, pour the chocolate into the moulds and put straight into the freezer for 30 minutes or until set. Pop them out and keep them in the fridge and enjoy!
