Greens Galore - Alkaline Green Smoothie

Ingredients1 stick celery
1/2 an avocado, peeled and stoned
Handful of fresh mint
Juice of 1 lime
1 small or 1/2 a large banana, peeled
1 soft pear
2 tbsp cashew nuts, soaked
300ml filtered water or coconut water
1 tsp Alkaline Superboost Powder
- Cover the cashews in water and leave to soak for about 10 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
- Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and blitz until smooth. Add a little more water/coconut water if it is looking a little thick.
