Vitality Beetroot & Nectarine Juice

The beetroot in this juice is not only a fantastic source of iron, vitamin C and magnesium, but it is great for relaxing the mind too. Beetroot juice makes the perfect afternoon snack and with a little added ginger is the perfect pick-me-up!

300g whole raw beetroot
120g nectarine, stone removed
100g tomatoes
2 inch fresh ginger

    1. Place all of the ingredients into a juicer and juice away. Serve as is or with a couple of cubes of ice.
