Are You Getting Cellulite Because Your Body Is Too Acidic?

The sad fact is that most of us ladies are going to be faced with a little cellulite at some stage in life.   • Exercise more - cellulite is more prevalent in areas with a lesser blood flow. Squats and burpees are fantastic cellulite busting exercises, but any sort of resistance training should help. If you are applying cellulite products, the best time to do so is just after exercise.
  • Drink more - funny as it sounds, the more water you drink the less water your body retains. Water is key in the removal of cellulite. Don't get me wrong, you are not just going to see your cellulite disappear because you have drunk 3 litres of water every day, you need to mobilise the fatty deposits first. This could be through exercise, massage or a change in diet - the water will then help to flush away any excess fat and toxcicity. Water also helps to plump up the skin which can in turn help to reduce the signs of cellulite.
  • Massage - massaging the affected areas quite strongly with your finger tips will help to stimulate blood flow and lymphatic drainage, while also helping to break down the fatty deposits.
