Green Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Sometimes if I feel I need a little more than a big green smoothie for breakfast, then I will whip up a delicious green smoothie bowl. I always have a stash of nuts and seeds in my cupboard and usually have a delicious jar of granola or muesli on the shelf, all of which make the perfect topping along with some freshly chopped fruit. 


  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Sprig of mint
  • 60g Chopped fennel
  • 1/2 a Large banana
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 ripe Nectarine
  • 1tsp of golden linseeds
  • 1 large handful of spinach
  • Sprinkling of muesli

So Smoothie zum Löffeln ist echt das beste Frühstück. Endlich wird man mal satt. Ich mache meine Smoothie Bowl am liebsten so:
