Honestly Healthy HQ Food DiaryWe have a routine at the Honestly Healthy HQ - on Monday mornings, one of us heads down to Portobello market and picks up a big box of vegetables, herbs and fruit from the market.
Our mornings are then always started with a delicious breakfast, be it a smoothie, raw porridge or avocado on toast. We then have a bundle of goodies to play with to make a big salad for lunch.
Snacks are then made up of treats that we have been sent by the brands that we work with. It's pretty dreamy and means that we are always creating. Above is a selection of what we have been eating this week - it has been a good one.
