Spinach & Walnut Pesto

If you make a big batch and freeze in ice cube trays so that in case of a hunger emergency you can just pop them out and heat it up and add to pasta, rice or quinoa for a more nutrient rich meal." 4tbsp chia or olive oil
Pinch himalayan pink salt
1tbsp nutritional yeast
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until a rough texture.
- Serve with pasta, crudités, spread onto pizza, in your sandwich, toppings your veg, or however you like!
