Watercress Green Smoothie

Watercress is up there with kale as one of the most nutritious leaves out there. It was recently described as the most powerful vegetable, even beating kale which was at number 15. This is a fantastic smoothie to try if you are wanting to cleanse the liver or just boost the brightness of your skin and eyes.`


Ingredients

65g watercress
160g mango, peeled & roughly chopped
110g cucumber, roughly chopped
1/2 an avocado
4 dried, unsulphured apricots
8g parsley
350ml water
1/2 a tsp of either spirulina, maca, baobab or watercress powder or your choice of supergreens

Instructions
    1. Place all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz until velvety smooth and drink immediately.
