Avocado and Pomegranate Bircher

"Make up a big batch of my bircher muesli it is one of the best ways to stay prepared for the week ahead. The longer you leave it the sweeter it gets! Add avocado to your oat based breakfast for your good fats, it helps to keep you fuller for longer."  Tash x
150g gluten free oats
1 avocado
½ juice lemon
325g almond milk (or milk of your choice)
½ grated apple
1 tsp cinnamon
1tbsp sesame
    1. Chop the avocado and squeeze the lemon over the top.
    2. Put the oats into a bowl and cover with the milk. Add the avocado, apple cinnamon and sesame and mix together
    3. Put into the fridge over night
    4. Garnish with pomegranates and seeds
