Enjoying your book HH For Life and have made several great recipes. However, after having done the buckwheat flatbreads I need to ask if there is a typo in the recipe? It suggests 8 eggs, and I wonder if someone misread a 3? I doubled the amount of flour and they were ok, but would love to make them again with correct quantities! Look forward to hearing from you.
