I get very confused by cooking oils. What was Gizi combining with her olive oil to fry the onions. I get so many conflicting reports about heating oil. I thought cooking with olive oil was not good and that vegetable and grape seed were bad cooking oils. Apart from coconut what would you recommend for frying?
