Persimmon & Orange Fruit Salad

Serves 2 | Prep time: 5 minutes | Cooking time: 3 minutes | Skill: Easy
Ingredients:
1 persimmon fruit
¼ tsp orange blossom water or juice of 1/2 orange
¼ cup water
1 cinnamon stick or ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Zest of 1 lime
10g chopped nuts,optional
    Dairy free coconut yogurt, to serve 
     
    Method:
     
    1. Slice up the persimmon, before putting into a pan with the orange blossom water, water, and cinnamon, and simmer for 3 minutes, until the water is absorbed.
    2. Serve it warm, with some dairy free coconut yoghurt, lime zest, pomegranate and chopped nuts. Enjoy!
