Acai Protein Smoothie

Serves: 1 | Prep time: 5 minutes | Cooking Skills: Simple

You can buy frozen acai online or use the powdered version instead - but be aware that the acai powder won’t give you the same ice-creamy texture. This smoothie takes me back to travelling in Brazil; Saúde!

 
Ingredients:

100g sachet of frozen acai
1 scoop of vegan protein powder
350ml almond milk

 
Method:
 
1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy the delicious cooling smoothie straight away.
