Kale-Tini?! The 5 Best Cocktail Recipes
Most of us will indulge in a drink or two this Christmas, so why not make them healthy? Check out our favourite ‘detox-retox’ cocktails - plus a mocktail at the bottom for mum’s-to-be.

25ml Cucumber juice (approx. 1/4 of a cucumber)
2 tsps of kale juice
Bunch of Mint
Fill shaker glass with mint leaves and muddle. Then pour vodka, cucumber juice, lime and kale juice. Fill with ice and shake. Double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with mint sprig and lime zest.

A divine mixture, with a robust body and a long finish, playful spiciness and yet hugely refreshing. Perfect for those cold winter days.
40-50ml Spiced Pear Puree (see ingredients below)
Garnish: lime zest
Spiced Pear Puree ingredients:
1 ripe pear,
1tsp spiced sugar,
Blend the spiced pear puree ingredients until smooth in a blender
Shake all ingredients over ice and double strain into cocktail glass or tumbler.
Quinoa Blueberry Cocktail

50ml FAIR. Quinoa Vodka
Handful of Blueberries
Spoon of Lemon sherbet
Orange blossom honey droplets
Mix together the ingredients and top with a splash of soda, garnish with blueberries and puffed quinoa grains
Cucumber and Dill Martini

7cm Peeled cucumber
3 sprigs Dill
50 ml Vodka
25ml Still mineral water
15ml Agave nectar
In a boston glass or cocktail shaker smash/muddle around 7cm of cucumber, add the rest of the ingredients fill to the top with ice and shake hard for 15 seconds. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of dill and a thinly sliced cucumber which will float on top of the drink.
5ml Vanilla Extract
Slice of Green Apple
Method: Build in a tumbler over ice.
