Serves 4 | Prep time: 10 minutes | Cooking time: 15 minutes | Skill: Simple

There is nothing more delicious than a home made curry and the spice turmeric is abundant in Indian cuisine and the best part it has so many health benefits. It helps to boost your immune system and is also a natural stimulant. I love putting it into all my cooking but remember it dies everything so wear gloves if you are grating it fresh! Tash x
