Our cooking classes are all about teaching you how to get the very best nutrition out of your food. Taught in South London at the beautiful Cactus Kitchens, each class is a very intimate affair with one to one support and a whole host of new and exciting dishes to learn. Classes themselves are two hours long and cover a whole range of recipes to inspire and help you to stay healthy every day and for every occasion. We teach at least three new dishes at every class so that you get the very most out of the session and leave feeling inspired and with a bag full of nutritious goodies to head home with.
