In 2012 I was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease. I’m a big foodie so whilst I was relieved to find out what was wrong with me, I set out on a mission find great tasting gluten free food. I tried everything! The one thing I couldn’t find anywhere was delicious crusty bread, and it was the thing I missed the most.
I spoke to many people about the lack of tasty gluten free bread, until I came across Alex (the husband of a good friend), who is also a major foodie and wanted to help find a solution
And so began Rana’s Bakery – Artisan gluten free bread, without compromise. Our blend of flour is for everyone, not just Coeliacs or people who suffer from allergies and intolerances. It tastes so delicious (“real bread” delicious) our usual compliment is “It’s so scrummy, I didn’t realise the bread was gluten free!” Not only that, but they are incredibly easy to make at home - just add water, mix, bake then enjoy!!
