HH was founded by gourmet vegetarian chef, Natasha Corrett. Tash is a self-taught chef, after being introduced at an early age by her father who has two French restaurants in London, and being invited to spend her summer holiday in the kitchens of Le Boudin Blanc when she was 16, got a real taste for flavours. Top nutritionist Vicki Edgson being her godmother inspired her at a young age to be health concious so by having a very close relationship with Vicki, knew a lot about nutrition at an early age and was not satisfied with not being able to eat certain foods to keep her body in optimum health so the ‘playing’ in the kitchen started!
Tash & Vicki decided to write a book together combining both their passions and knowlage about alkaline living. Honestly Healthy is a best seller in the book charts and they are currently writing the second book.
Natasha has successfully implemented her philosophy and unique approach to cooking across other business areas, she has consulted for LUX* Island Resorts in Mauritius and is currently consulting for La Suite West Hotel in London, Bayswater. She also travels around the world teaching private chefs to cook alkaline and gives talks, demonstrations, cooking classes, cleanses and organises retreats for those share her passion for a truly feel-good lifestyle.
