How can I ask about nutritional breakdown of your food?
Natasha’s ethos is about cooking food from scratch using good ingredients. Natasha doesn't focus on the specific nutritional value of each recipe as she believes everything can be enjoyed in moderation (70/30 rule). Specific nutritional information is not posted on the website and we are unable to send it out.
I would like help with tips and advice with your recipes
Many of our clients are often looking for helpful tips and advice, and we are always keen to help. Our cooking classes are also a great way to spend time learning and creating great tasting menus for yourself. If you require any assistance, please contact us at email@example.com. Due to the number of requests received daily, it is not always possible to reply straight away so please bear with us, we will do our best to get back to you as quickly as possible.
How do I use a promotion code or gift certificates?
If you have received a promotional code or gift certificate, you may apply it to the purchase of goods through the HH FOOD (is this right?) website. On the shopping basket page, you will see a box titled “promotional code”. Enter your promotional code or gift certificate and click the “re-calculate” button. The relevant amount will then be deducted from your total.
Will I receive an order acknowledgement email after purchasing online?
You will receive an email acknowledging your online purchase as soon as your order has been placed. Please keep this in a safe place as we may ask you for this information in future correspondence. If you do not receive this email within two hours, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may confirm whether your order has been placed successfully. Please note that this email does not constitute either a confirmation of the order or an acceptance by us of the order. Your contract with us to purchase the goods will not be completed until we send you an email notifying you that your goods have been dispatched.
How do I know my personal and credit card are protected?
When you place your order you are automatically connected to our secure server using SSL 128 bit encryption. A closed padlock symbol will show at the bottom right of your browser and the url in your browser will begin with “https://". This means that your debit and credit card details are fully encrypted, and remain secure across the internet and after they reach our order processing centre.
