This is a mild, thin crusted, flavourful bread. Inspired by European wood-fired bakeries, it rises readily, giving a very open crumb and has a wonderful oaty rich flavour. It’s delicious with lashings of butter and soup, and also great for sandwiches.
Our blend of flour creates crusty, moist bread with rich flavour and is slow to go stale. Our bread tastes great, and is so easy to bake. Just add water, mix by hand and bake in the oven in folded parchment paper (En Papillote). No kneading needed!
