Rana's Ingenious Flatbreads
This is our award-winning, multi-purpose, great tasting mix. We use it for all sorts of things e.g. ciabattas, crackers, pizza bases and burger buns to name a few. It is rich with roasted grain and a hint of garlic - truly delicious and hugely versatile.
Our blend of flour creates crusty, moist bread with rich flavour and is slow to go stale. Our bread tastes so great that we just won a Great Taste Award 2016, AND it is so easy to bake. Just add water, mix by hand and bake in the oven in folded parchment paper (En Papillote). No kneading needed!
- Ingredients: Potato starch, Rice flour, Sorghum flour, Millet flour, Tapioca flour, Gluten free oat flour, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Instant yeast, Cane sugar, Baking soda, Gluten free oats, garlic, juice powder.

Flatbreads made on a skillet are chewy, with crunchy little scorch spots. “Baked” on a BBQ grill they’re tart. Oven-baking turns them into pocket pitta with a crispy crust. Make these into crackers for a great snack, perfect for kids lunchboxes
