Rana's Super Sourdough
This truly is award winning sourdough without any of the ‘bad stuff’. Delicious, tart, and light this bread has a firm, crisp crust. Easy to make and a real every day treat for everyone.
Our blend of flour creates crusty, moist bread with rich flavour and is slow to go stale. Our bread tastes so great that we just won a Great Taste Award 2016, and it is so easy to bake. Just add water, mix by hand and bake in the oven in folded parchment paper (En Papillote). No kneading needed!
- Ingredients: rice flour, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, millet flour, xanthan gum, instant yeast, salt, juice powder
- Allergy advice: Gluten free, wheat free, egg, nut, soy and dairy free
- 240g (makes a small loaf, perfect for 1-2 person household)

A powerhouse of nutrients. Sorghum has many health benefits. It can help prevent certain types of cancer, helps in the control of diabetes, is good for digestion, helps build strong bones, boosts energy and is high in anti-oxidants. Tapioca is high in iron, fibre and is a circulatory promoter and Millet is high in Magnesium.
