Almond Butter Milkshake

This is an utterly delicious healthy alternative to a milkshake. You could also try with different types of nut butter to give different flavours. Blend up and enjoy!

  • 3tbsp white almond butter (or normal)
  • 250ml brown rice milk
  • 50g banana
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • Small pinch fresh nutmeg
  • 1 tsp melted coconut oil

Optional

  • 1 scoop of your vegan protein powder ( Sun warrior)

Method

Put all ingredients into a blender and whiz up until smooth
