‘No Coffee’ Coffee Smoothie

This is is possibly one of the most delicious and satisfying drinks, it is indulgent like a milkshake and gives you the coffee taste we all love without the acidic caffeine kick.

I like to use Yannoh as its the most ‘coffee’ tasting however if you don’t want to have barley you can use dandelion as well.

Ingredients

260ml coconut milk or any other plant milk
3 tbsp yannoh (barley coffee or dandelion coffee)
4 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1 tbsp maca or lucuma

Method

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
