Green smoothies are one of the best ways to start your day and this takes 5 minutes to make. If you don’t even have 5 minutes you could always prep the fruit and veg the night before and place in the blender with the coconut water and then just blend in the morning when you are brushing your teeth. No excuses not to start your day the green way anymore!

Ingredients

1 cup of mango
1/4 cup of parsley
1 handful of kale or spinach
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 cup of water or coconut water
1/2 apple

Method

Blend all ingredients - add more water or coconut water if too thick
