Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

1 stick celery
1/2 an avocado, peeled and stoned
Handful of fresh mint
Juice of 1 lime
1 small or 1/2 a large banana, peeled
1 soft pear
2 tbsp cashew nuts, soaked
300ml filtered water or coconut water
1 tsp Alkaline Superboost Powder

Method

  1. Cover the cashews in water and leave to soak for about 10 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
  2. Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and blitz until smooth. Add a little more water/coconut water if it is looking a little thick.
