Papaya Smoothie Bowl

Mornings can be bright and beautiful with this sunshine in a bowl! My mornings would never be so quick and easy if it wasn’t for my Vitamix blender that just blitzes up any ingredient till it is velvety smooth.

30g kale

100g papaya (half a papaya)

2 frozen banana

½ avocado

70g apple

200g cashew milk

100g water

 

Raspberry syrup:

50g raspberries

1 tsp date syrup

 

Optional: Granola and coconut yoghurt

Method

Peal your bananas and put them into the freezer over night. If you don’t have time for this just use room temperature ones and add a couple cubes of ice.

 

Put the kale, papaya flesh, banana, avocado, apple, cashew milk and water into the blender and blend number 8 for 2 minutes until really smooth.

 

Pour into a bowl and wash the blender out.

 

Add the raspberries and date syrup into the blender and blend on number 2 for 20 seconds so that there is still texture.

 

Serve over the top with granola and yoghurt for the perfect smoothie bowl.
