My Pear and Oat Smoothie is your go-to recipe for winter!

 

Oats and protein make it super thick and satiating. I made this Green and Lean-approved recipe, to help my Green and Leaners stay on track with weight loss, health and energy levels when the chilly months hit and we’re craving comfort!

Ingredients

½ cucumber

1 cup spinach

half a soft pear

1 banana

1 scoop protein (I recommend Lomax Nutrition vegan powder)

20g oats

2 -3 cups water (depending on your preferred thickness)

1 tsp Superboost Powder

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until you have a smoothie! Start with 1 cup of water and add more gradually until you reach your required consistency.
