Raw Cacao Creamy Chocolate Milkshake

  Everyone loves a chocolate milkshake. This totally alkaline dairy free number is SO delicious and the perfect pick-me-up in the afternoon for both the adults and the kids! Cinnamon naturally helps to regulate your blood sugar levels helping to stop those cravings and mood swings in the afternoons.

Ingredients

2 tbsp raw cacao powder
2 tbsp lucuma powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1 tbsp date syrup
2 tbsp cashew butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 cup water

Method

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. Enjoy with a little ice on a sunny day.
