Tempeh Stir Fry
This is a very quick and simple green stir fry using tempeh, it is a fantastic source of protein, and tastes a whole lot better than tofu! It has a great texture and is brilliant in stir fry and stews. It has the power to turn any #meatfreemonday into a taste bud party – even for meat eaters!
