Warmed Thyme & Lemon Pack Choy

The perfect zesty Asian side or base for your protein – so quick to make. I love the slices of garlic and almonds through it that just make the dish sing with flavour.

Ingredients

1 clove garlic sliced
1 sprig of fresh thyme
1 slice of lemon
inch of pink salt
1 tbsp sesame oil
200g pak choy
1 tsp brown rice vinegar
20g flaked almonds

Method

Put the garlic, thyme, sesame oil, salt, brown rice vinegar in a frying pan on a medium heat, leave to warm up till it starts to sizzle. Then add the pak choy.

Saute on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes till the pack choy wilts then add the flaked almonds and serve straight away. Perfect as a side or just on its own.
