Ingredients

1 tsp grated ginger
2 medium tomatoes, roughly chopped
1 x small carton coconut water
1 dessertspoons fresh parsley
Juice one lime

Method

Blend all ingredients together in a powerful blender and pour over ice - drink immediately.
