Ultimate Morning Greenness

The best way to start your day is with a big glass of green goodness! If you do not have E3live you can leave this out. It is one of the purest forms of algae which is packed full of minerals and nutrients and I find it really gives you a lot of energy when you are lacking. You could add a scoop of green powder instead.

1 handful spinach, washed
1/2 cup of papaya, chopped
1/4 cup of pear, chopped
1 tbsp of soaked chia seeds
1 tbsp of ground flax seeds
1 shot of E3live
1 tsp spirulina powder
2 cups of coconut water

Blend and enjoy knowing that you are taking on a whole load of morning goodness!
