Warm Protein Smoothie

 It was so cold the other morning when I was making my post workout smoothie I decided to play around with hot water instead of cold. The result was delicious and I love my warm smoothie in the mornings now. This recipe will also work with cold water too so you can enjoy in the summer too!

Ingredients

1 cup boiling water
1 tsp raw cacao
1 banana
1 scoop of vegan protein powder (vegan warrior)
¼ cup of gluten free oats

Method

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend – if too thick add another ½ cup boiling water.
