I have always been a foodie for as long as I can remember; I love yoga, adore animals and enjoy a good challenge! I am currently working on my own book reflecting my own restrictive diet – due to intolerances – and how I keep it interesting and delicious! As a photography graduate I firmly believe that we eat with our eyes first, so presentation is the most crucial element to my food, followed by smell and finally taste. My aim is to inspire people with restrictive diets to show just how easy it can be.

I style and photograph all of my own creations and invent my own recipes based on ingredients that I happen to have around the house. I think cooking should be fun and exciting, but also easy for everyone. I intend to make recipes to suit any occasion that will also be suitable for everyone.
