I founded Sophlalook back in 2015 as an outlet to share my ever-expanding interests, creative content and visual ideas. What began as a style blog has evolved to become increasingly centred around my lifestyle and love for healthy food and wellbeing. Food photography is my biggest passion and I enjoy nothing more than snapping away to create colourful content that highlights the beauty of fresh, natural ingredients!
I’m a huge advocate of a balanced approach to eating, with a focus on healthy, plant-based recipes that nourish your body and satiate your cravings. As a self-confessed sweet-tooth I love experimenting with natural, unprocessed alternatives to sweet treats.
As well as recipes, I also share personal style posts, cafe reviews and travel features, including my favourite spots in London. Living in London, I take full advantage of the plethora of niche health-food eateries and specialist markets, but at the same time appreciate that healthy, plant-based eating doesn’t need to be overcomplicated or expensive. For me, healthy living is all about food that makes you feel good, and I always encourage a mindful approach with recipes based on nourishing, whole foods that you can eat in plentiful amounts.
