A healthier version of the traditional Mojito. Deliciously flavoured with lime, coconut, rum and mint. It’s the perfect summer drink.
- Rum 50ml
- Coconut water 50ml
- Lime juice 25ml
- Agave nectar 25ml
- Mint leaves 15 leaves
- In a tall glass place the mint leaves and lime juice. Gently bruise the mint to extract its flavour. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Top with crushed ice. Churn the drink to mix all the ingredients together. Add more crushed ice and garnish a mint sprig and if possible pieces of fresh coconut.
